So far I like this hotel. Before going to the hotel, you can have lunch at Nipah/Pandanan Beach, then take a short break, swim in the afternoon while enjoying the sunset, then go back to your room and relax in the bathtub, then enjoy a warm drink in the morning while enjoying the beach atmosphere from your room balcony, and then, if you are still on vacation, you can enjoy a trip around Senggigi Beach because it is not too crowded, suitable for those looking for peace or healing.

I think the price of 300,000 Rupiah is a good deal, and it's well worth it, even though the breakfast isn't very varied and is mediocre. But the hotel is incredibly comfortable, with direct beach access, spacious rooms, and the most unexpected thing is the bathtub, haha. The restaurant prices are also quite affordable, but the downside is that the hotel is far from everywhere and quiet.

The hotel staff is friendly and quick to serve, the sea view is quite pleasing to the eye, the swimming pool is perfect for children, and in the evening you can still enjoy the sunset and play a little on the beach with the kids. What needs improvement is perhaps the cleanliness of the bathroom equipment and amenities.

We ended up staying here unexpectedly because we'd booked a hotel in the Mentigi area called the Airdome, but the service at the Airdome was terrible. We couldn't check in, and there was no staff at all. We ended up looking for a nearby hotel and found this one, and we were promptly checked in, even though we arrived at 9 PM. Thank you for saving us from a tiring day.

The location is great, and the price is affordable for a resort that looks luxurious. However, for a hotel of this level, it wasn't ready for Eid. At 8 a.m., breakfast was already gone, and there weren't even plates and spoons. Drinks were served in white plastic cups with red polka dots. It was a bit odd, considering the view and pool are beautiful. Perhaps they were short-staffed.

The location is very far from the city center or any busy area. It's also difficult to order food online. There's no smart TV, and the HDMI connection won't work. The refrigerator isn't cooling or cooling, so the kids' milk is spoiled. The room's AC isn't cooling. I've informed the hotel, and an engineer has arrived, but nothing has changed. The food and beverage variety is limited. The food is also limited, and we have to wait a long time for refills. The beach is very dirty.

We stayed in Louis Kienne for 2 nights. Loved the ambiance of the place. The pool is sea facing and the water color is clear blue. I had a mountain facing room and loved my staying here. The cons: Malimbu beach is having plastic trash from tourists outside the hotel. Not a pleasant experience to walk in the sands of adjacent beach. Also, they need to add more variety for foods in their restaurants as there’s no local food options closer/walking distance.

The price of the hotel and breakfast is not worth it, I swear, the fried rice is not delicious, there is no taste, the menu choices are limited. They provide soto but there is no chicken, cheap fruit only 2 pieces, for whatever reason, I am very disappointed with the breakfast. I give a score of 2 for the food, the hotel did not really intend to provide food, I swear, one stay there is enough.
