Stay 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Requested for Iron on first day no one coming and need to do follow up call and they informed me all taken. Well, a bit sad but ok? Convenient location and affordable price. My first night was in a packed room and second on spacious room. Variety of breakfast not much but sufficient.

It's just missing a mini fridge, and the liquid soap isn't much of an effort. Otherwise, it's very comfortable.

First of all, within the Senayan Business District area, I should say that this hotel is the best cost-efficient option to stay at. With the strategic location and located nearby lots of huge malls, it was very easy to find a spot to dine or to have a business or family meeting. For the room itself, it was comfortable, neat and tidy, although the bed's mattress was a little bit too soft. They also provided a nice and hearty breakfast in their restaurant, especially when you really need a caffeine boost in the morning. Last but not least, their staff were very nice and helpful. When I asked about the best local cuisine, the receptionist even asked their back staff to gather up several recommendations for me. Truly such a sincere gesture. Well Done!

Everything is more steady with GBK Sency

The hotel is comfortable, clean, you can leave your suitcase at the reception after checking out so you can go around without the hassle of carrying a suitcase.

the hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful during check in. Strategic location, suitable for those who are doing activities around GBK. The price is still quite affordable considering its strategic location.

For those who want to shop in the Senayan area and do sports, the location is very strategic.

Choosing to stay at this hotel because it is close to GBK, can be reached by foot. Access is also easy, near the MRT station too. Finding food is easy, because there are many malls around. For the room is the same as other hotels, the advantage is that there are many power outlets. Breakfast has quite a lot of choices, the restaurant is separate but quite good. Thanks.

I have an issue when I check-in. The bathroom smells so bad. The TV and remote are broken. The food is good.

Nice and comfort and close to Sency

I booked a twin-bed room with a window, even though there was only one guest, because it was the only room type with a window still available at the time of booking. However, during check-in, my guest was given a windowless room with the explanation that no windowed rooms were available. This was very disappointing, especially since the booking system showed availability for a windowed room when the reservation was made. It is frustrating to expect a certain level of comfort based on the booking, only to be let down upon arrival. I sincerely hope you will improve the accuracy of your booking system to prevent similar experiences for future guests. Thank you for your attention.

Very good, close to GBK and Senayan City so while waiting for the concert you can go to the mall first, near the hotel there is MCD, when you come home from the concert you won't be hungry.

The hotel is in a strategic location, the staff service is quite good, the breakfast is quite varied. The downside is that during our 4-day stay the bed sheets were tidied up but not replaced. That's all.
