The hotel is located in the city center, there are lots of culinary options, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is also delicious.

Everything was fine, but my room wasn't cold. I complained about the AC, and the hotel responded, but the AC still wasn't cooling. The AC was cleaned at 11:00 PM, but it still wasn't cooling. I asked for a room change, but they said they couldn't.

A very pleasant hotel in the city center. It's perfect for families, with a swimming pool on the 9th floor for kids. The only downside is the elevator, which isn't very flexible, as you have to use your room key to access it.

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the bathrooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, the pool was comfortable, and most importantly, the kids loved swimming there. We plan to stay at the Maxone Hotel again next time.

The receptionist was friendly and quick, especially when the TV in the room wouldn't turn on, it was fixed after 15 minutes. The breakfast was delicious and varied. I was just disappointed when I first arrived to check-in, when parking the car was directed to park downstairs, probably because the upstairs was full, I understand. But what made me disappointed, the parking guide was unfriendly and his language was unpleasant to hear, making me in a bad mood. I am a hotel guest, you know, not an uninvited guest. Moreover, when I got out of the car to go to the elevator to the lobby, the smell was unpleasant. Please organize the staff to be friendly to guests. That's all, everything else is okay.

Strategic location, plenty of food vendors nearby. Comfortable rooms, great pool. My kids loved it. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommended if you're planning a staycation.

The room was clean and comfortable enough to stay in. Unfortunately, access to the hotel area is quite congested due to the busy surrounding roads, making it quite difficult to turn around vehicles, especially during rush hour. As for the bathroom, it was a bit of a shame that it was a bit smelly and the floor surface was wet and slippery. This needs to be addressed by the hotel in terms of cleanliness and guest safety, considering the slippery floor is quite a slippery risk. Overall, this hotel is quite decent to stay, but there are some things that need to be improved in terms of access and bathroom. The restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, so breakfast has been moved to the ballroom in front of the hotel. Hopefully there will be an opportunity to stay again when the restaurant is finished. Oh yes, unfortunately during the World Cup season, the TV is not equipped to watch the World Cup channel.
