The location is close to the city boundary monument, 10 minutes from the city center. Right on the edge of the main road, but not very visible at a glance. The atmosphere around the hotel is quiet, the supermarket is a bit far, about 10 minutes walk. So it's a bit less strategic if you want to find food outside. The hotel is clean, the rooms are also comfortable. but the hot water in the bathroom doesn't work properly. in my room there was no hot water. wifi works well, the TV uses an antenna, but the display is clear, so I can use it to watch football. breakfast is just ordinary, tends to be too simple for a hotel at the price I paid.

It's not worth it, the staff is also small. Even though. I chose VIP, but it was far from my expectations. The bathroom tissue in the VIP room was empty and never replaced. Breakfast and soto were just like that, basically far from the expectations of the word "VIP"

Thanks for the dexterity and speed of check-in service, rooms that are comfortable enough for transit, helpful staff and simple but delicious breakfast. Next time, if you have an interest in Ciamis City or a family wants to come here, I will recommend this hotel 😊🤗.

Pengalaman menginap di sini cukup menyenangkan, pelayanan bagus, ramah. Check in cepet setelah KTP diminta sebagai jaminan, kalau waktu menginap sebelumnya tidak diminta. Makanan/sarapan rasanya kurang untuk hotel sekelasnya, mohon diperbaiki. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya.

The hotel is strategic, only the hotel facilities. 1. No intercom. 2. There is no make-up room. 3. There is no room service for the following days such as water changes and others. 4. VIP prices do not match the facilities. 5. Breakfast is not good. 6. This hotel has only 1 sp 2 employees. 7. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time, the frosted glass has a lot of dust on the bedside lamp, the nightstand is still dusty, the effect of the pandemic is like reducing employees

The rooms are clean, the hotel looks new, the breakfast is good, clean, it looks like the most comfortable hotel in Ciamis.

Since I just saw if the wrong order date which was supposed to be the 14th was printed on the date, I tried to reschedule but couldn't, so I couldn't change or refresh. and my money is also charred. So I can not tell the experience at the hotel.

The building is new and nice, the interior and appliances are also good and nice. Unfortunately the room is dirty, so with the bathroom. The hot water didn't work well. We cannot rest well because we can still hear the noisy road in front of the hotel and the noisy neighbour doing construction even in 12.pm. And by 8.30 am they have only rice and boiled egg left for the breakfast.

Room provided is just like someone just run out 5 minutes before I walked in, used tissue was on the table, TV was on, the bed was untidy and pillow not in proper position. I asked change room. Breakfast just so so, not worth the price.

The room turned out to not have a single bed, even though the request was there. The location of the point shown is not appropriate. Breakfast needs to be improved especially from the variety of food, the bed mattress is rather rocking.
