The alley is wide and easy to access, the staff are friendly, and if a room is available, the homestay immediately assists with early check-in. The regulation is 2 PM, but we were able to check in at 11 AM. The amenities are relatively good. The only downsides are that the TV isn't a smart TV, the rental car at the homestay is a bit old, and the price is slightly higher than outside, but it's convenient to return the car.

The owner was enthusiastic, took care of everything, and solved problems super quickly. We wanted to check in early, and he arranged for us to stay in a temporary room, which was clean and okay. The next day, he gave us a huge room.

Last week I had an experience here, actually when I arrived I was informed that the room was full, so the hotel transferred me to Anh Phuong Hotel opposite (shared owner). The staff were enthusiastic in supporting, helped carry my suitcase, and gave detailed instructions. The staff also proactively introduced me to many delicious local places to eat in DL 😊. The room I received was also very airy, had windows, and a new TV. Everything was okay! Oh, the car rental price was also very reasonable, I was asked carefully about which car I was used to so the hotel could help me get the right car. The hotel is near the center, located in an alley so the shuttle bus cannot take you there. The room is clean, not soundproof.

The room is right behind the receptionist, and the staff, except for talking to guests, talk to each other. There is no soundproofing. It's so noisy at noon that you can't sleep. You booked a room on one side and got a room on the other side. On the app, you booked a 60-minute late check-in and 60-minute late check-out. When the receptionist called to ask, they replied, "It's on the app to attract customers." If you're doing business in a dishonest way, you have to do it right. Don't just wait until it's done and then say that it depends on whether the next guest checks in on time or not, then the previous guest can check out 60 minutes late.

The lovely owner supported us enthusiastically, helped us carry our suitcases to the room, check-in and check-out. Near the center so easy to move. The room is clean, nice and okay.

The receptionist was very enthusiastic. I sent my luggage early, it was okay. If there was a room, I called to get it. Stayed here for 2 nights, very clean. If I have a chance to visit DL, I will come here again. It was so okay. It's close to the center, convenient to travel everywhere.

I quite like the hotel, the room is clean and quite new with a balcony right at the entrance. The owner is very cute, he helped me store my luggage from 5am even though I checked in at 2pm. For me, the room is very okay for this price.
