This is what true 5-star luxury feels like. Located right in the heart of Jakarta at Jl. M.H. Thamrin Kav 28-30, with direct access to Plaza Indonesia and just steps from Bundaran HI MRT station - the location cannot be beaten. Breathtaking city views, especially the iconic Bundaran HI view from the room. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The room was extremely spacious, elegantly designed, impeccably clean, and super comfortable with luxurious bedding and amenities. The breakfast at Grand Café was world-class - huge variety, delicious Indonesian and international dishes, fresh pastries, everything you can imagine. The facilities are exceptional - one of the best gyms in Jakarta, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. The lobby is grand and iconic. But the biggest highlight is the *people*. The service at Grand Hyatt Jakarta is legendary. Every staff member is so warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They remember your name, they anticipate your needs, they make you feel truly valued. That level of hospitality is rare. Grand Hyatt Jakarta is my go-to hotel in Jakarta. For business or leisure, it never disappoints. Highly, highly recommended! 10/10 - Will definitely be back.

My first time staying at GH was very satisfying, from check-in to check-out, all the staff were very helpful. There were many choices for breakfast and it was delicious. Moreover, the pool area is quite spacious, there are adult and children's pools too. I will definitely come back to this GH hotel again.
