The bedroom & toilet are very clean, the service is friendly, the location is near the beach and also close to the town square about 3-5 minutes depending on which beach you want to go to because Pelabuhan Ratu has a lot of beaches. The breakfast is delicious, all recommended. I like burcangjo + pisgor + fish curry + omelet. I will come back to stay here again if I go to Pelabuhan Ratu. The best cleanliness and friendliness are the champions, because they make us comfortable to rest. Oh yes, there is a swimming pool that is always kept clean too. T.O.P! Will always and always come back again. Will miss it.

Having a good impression to stay at this hotel. The family room is okay 👍 and the hotel area is clean and the staff is friendly. Fast check-in and check-out👍 For breakfast, all the heavy meals are heavy, no cereal/milk. The heavy menu is mostly sold out and a little input to be faster for replacing/adding refills of food and drinks because when we wanted to have breakfast, many were empty even though it was still 8:45.

It's a shame that a hotel this nice doesn't have reliable TV, just a regular digital TV with lots of ants on the channels. The AC wasn't cold enough even though it was set to 16 degrees. Otherwise, it was a great stay: the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

The only downside is the unstable hot water (suddenly hot, then cold). Otherwise, it's okay, and hopefully the quality is maintained. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Palabuhanratu.
