Okay everything, comfortable room, close to everywhere

There was a bit of a problem getting to the accommodation initially, as the Grab app's location was quite different from the actual one (even though the address was correct), but the security guard was kind enough to pick me up. So, please be careful when choosing a location if you're using the Grab car/bike app to get here. Initially, I chose a room with a view (upper floor) for my reservation on the app, but upon check-in, I was somehow directed to a room with a pool view (lower floor). The room was quite clean and spacious, with a slight dirt on the toilet seat, but it didn't smell. The AC was cool, the TV worked well, and the Wi-Fi was usable. Unfortunately, the room amenities didn't include soap, shampoo, toothbrush, or toothpaste; only a shower cap, bath towel, and hand soap. There were also no tea/coffee sachets; only a dispenser, cups, cutlery, and two 300ml bottles of mineral water. If these aren't provided, it's best to inform them upfront. Outside the room, the swimming pool was a bit murky, perhaps having not been cleaned in a while. The shared kitchen was quite messy, and there were few plates/bowls available. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, and you can leave your bags/luggage in advance if needed. Overall, the accommodation was quite good for the price I paid.

First time here, spacious parking, but when we were check in, we waiting front desk until 30 minutes (no staff in charge at Front Desk). Room is clean, spacious room

The note is that the bathroom tiles are a bit worn out and need to be cleaned or maybe the bathroom needs to be renovated to make it better

The staff was lazy and didn't want to clean the room. We stayed for 9 nights and only cleaned it once with vinegar. Otherwise, it was good.

Itchy on the bed. The bathroom was dirty, the TV wouldn't work, and the water wouldn't turn on when it came.

The pillowcase and towel that were given were already dull. There were lots of black spots on the towel.

Arrived at the location, everything was full, even though we had paid in the application, Far from arriving at the location there were no rooms. Disappointed, angry, so that one night. Finally all the money was returned in cash. But unfortunately, the service was ZERO

With a room atmosphere and a beautiful environment like this, it's comfortable, suitable for light healing, and the location is also not far from everywhere. Overall, it's good for the service 👍

Please retrain the housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff never cleans the room unless asked. Stayed here for 3 weeks and only cleaned it 3 times and even then had to be asked. The toilet bowl is yellow, behind the sink tap is mossy. The linen and towels are dirty and the inner bed cover in room 112 is damp and it looks like there are bedbugs because my skin is itchy from bedbug bites while sleeping here, it was still itchy for a week and I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with bedbug bites. The refrigerator in the shared kitchen smells bad, items in the refrigerator that are no longer used must be thrown away and cleaned, the housekeeping is not diligent. I stayed in room 112, the sliding door was problematic. The swimming pool is very green, please pay attention to the pool water and the PH of the pool water. Please retrain the housekeeping staff. Buy cleaning products specifically for villas or hotels to clean your hotel. The hotel is big, it would be a shame if it is not maintained and cared for properly.

The hotel is unclean. I never gave the swimming pool much thought cus it ' s green instead of clear blue water. The staffs are so lazy and unfriendly. They're just sitting at the back of the reception area, napping. Also the bathroom stinks so bad. They didn't clean the room until we asked for it. The side pool with the lounge bed area is filthy with trash from guests every morning cus they neglected to clean the common area right away. The kitchen? I won't even begin to talk about it. Horrible.

Recommended place! Very worth it with its very affordable price. Although I only stayed here for 1 night and even checked in at night, I was very happy with the room. Very spacious, clean, the bed is soft and comfortable, the AC is cold, the hot water in the bathroom works well, the toiletries are complete and most importantly it's a quite place! So sleeping is comfortable ☺ Very suitable for those who want to stay long in Bali, very satisfied and will recommend this place to my friends. Definitely will comeback again!
