Friendly and good service, for Suite class rooms it seems inappropriate because the cleanliness of the bathroom is not well maintained and rather dirty, there is no hot water as stated in the room facilities, the AC/air conditioner has no remote (manual) and is dirty, the room lighting is not bright.
