Cleanliness is excellent. Kitchen is very well equipped. All utensils are there and ready to use. The fridge is cold and can store foods with ease. A coffee machine is available. The bedroom is clean and spacious. Got a clear city night view which is charming. The bathroom is very clean with a double vanity sink, standing rainfall shower, and bathtub with infinite hot water. Love it. The gym is quite small but basic equipment and machines are there. The swimming pool also is quite small. More to plunge pool I guess. My room is a studio but when I check-in at midnight, since the studio room is not available, I got upgraded to a premium 1-bed room without any hassle. Thank you very much Ascott Sudirman for this. Overall this is a very nice choice of hotel with a top-notch service, cleanliness, and comfort.

Comfortable stay, very helpful staff...

This is my first time staying at a hotel and being served with truly WOW facilities, just as I expected. Since it was a staycation to celebrate my wedding anniversary, I asked for decorations, and they granted it. They also provided a free congratulatory cake, and what was even happier was that I upgraded my room to a better one. Thank you, Ascot.

Staying at Ascott Sudirman for our honeymoon was truly wonderful. The location in the heart of the city made exploring Jakarta easy, but the moment we stepped into our suite we felt a peaceful retreat. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed perfect for relaxing together after a day of sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond with warm hospitality that made our stay feel special, and the facilities like the pool and gym added extra comfort and fun. It was a romantic, comfortable, and memorable honeymoon stay that we’d love to revisit someday.

My first impression was that I really liked Ascot. The location is close to everything, strategic, and the neighborhood is definitely safe. The bathroom amenities are complete, and the room was fully equipped. I got a room with a great city view. The staff is friendly. I'll stay here again next time, and my kids are very happy at Ascot. Overall good but parking is difficult.

The friendly staff were impressive. The induction stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and teapot were great for cooking. However, the furniture was old and unconvenient, especially the bathroom door. (It wasn't comfortable enough.) The breakfast was a bit shabby for the price.

Great City View From 3802 But I didn't sleep well. My body itched. I wanted to change the bedsheets, but it was already 11:00 PM. I had to get up early tomorrow to go to the embassy, so I couldn't sleep because I was scratching until 2:00 AM. Luckily, I brought eucalyptus oil. Please keep it clean, because my husband and I really like this hotel.

Favorite staycation, strategic location

umpteenth time staying here. really nice and very comfortable.. there is a playground, and it is very baby friendly. it's just a shame that when I stayed yesterday on the top floor, the guests were running around even though it was already 10 pm 😅
