I arrived at 5 am. And the hotel was closed. It is recommended to arrive at 7 am or later. The hotel is in an alley about 50 m. The room is quite small. I left my pants behind, but when I came back to ask, they said there were no pants. What a shame!

The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel is located in an alley. We arrived at night during heavy rain. The road in front of the alley was flooded. There was no hot water in the room. At the front office there was only water in a thermos that was no longer hot.

Even though the hotel is located in the middle of an alley, the condition of the hotel rooms is clean. The hotel service and staff are very friendly. Only if we are going out after 11 pm we have to notify the hotel staff because the door has to be opened.

Tempat strategis, dekat ke mana-mana. Tapi agak sedikit susah menemukan hotelnya, karena masuk gang. Resepsionis-nya ramah, banyak membantu. Tapi kalau mau menginap di sini jangan lantai 6, karena enggak ada lift ke lantai 6, dari lantai 5 naik tangga ke lantai 6. Dan kalau bawa koper agak ribet naiknya. Hotel bersih.

Tempat strategis, ke mana-mana dekat. Resepsionis juga ramah, ngebantu banget ditanya-tanya. Tapi cari tempatnya agak sedikit susah dicari karena masuk gang. Kalau bisa jangan pilih lantai 6, karena enggak pakai lift untuk ke lantai 6. Lift hanya sampai lantai 5. Kalau dapat kamar di lantai 6 harus pakai tangga dan susah kalau bawa-bawa koper. Tapi buat yang emang cuma buat tidur, masih oke hotel ini. Hotelnya dekat banget ke mana-mana. Banyak tempat makan sekitar hotel dan dekat pasar malam.

We had the best stay here! We booked a double room but were upgraded to a superior room which is amazing! The staffs are very accommodating and polite! They offered assistance to us at all times. The room is very clean (they cleaned it everyday) and it is located in an accessible place in the Old Quarter where the noise from the streets can't be heard in the room. What you see in the picture is what you really get! The breakfast is filling and there is an elevator which makes it more fantastic! Will recommend this hotel!
