The road to get there is a bit winding, but the hotel itself is great, with attentive and helpful staff. The security guard was very thoughtful in arranging parking for vehicles.

The location is good, close to the market and the city center. Breakfast doesn't have a wide variety of options, but it's quite good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel's facade is a bit small and not very eye-catching, but the interior is spacious, and the back is airy.

The food is varied and delicious, the hotel is new, and the space is beautiful and clean.

The first time I came to BMT, I found Thanh Mai hotel on some rv sites, the hotel is clean, warm, fragrant, safe for people traveling alone, delicious breakfast, lovely staff, I arrived earlier than check-in time, but they still arranged for me to check in early, 10 points

I booked 2 rooms, 1 room was ok, 1 room had no hot water for shower, the room door was broken... overall the hotel was ok, everything was great except for the hot water and the broken room door

Satisfied with the rooms and staff. Diverse buffet breakfast. Good location, with a swimming pool on the 4th floor. The hotel doesn't look big from the outside but is very spacious and airy inside.

It is a hotel located on a small street frontage but I was quite surprised by the service: underground parking, breakfast service, room amenities, cleanliness... and this is also the place I see foreign guests choose to stay when coming to BMT.

Everything is very clean, new, and tidy. Staff friendly. The front of the hotel looks like a normal house without much decoration, but however, it is broadened amazingly largely inside. The backyard of the hotel is very nice and openly connected to another street. Breakfast buffet well prepared and tasty.

The hotel looks normal from the outside but is surprisingly spacious inside. The hotel is new, beautiful and modern. The swimming pool is indoor but the water temperature is not adjustable so it is cold. Breakfast is delicious and varied.
