The staff is friendly and cooperative, very helpful in our vacation process.

Before it became Horison Ultima, this hotel was called HOM, but both were managed by Horison. The location is actually quite far from the city center, like Malioboro, but in terms of access it is quite easy if you want to go there or to Pakuwon Mall. The parking lot is actually not very large, but it is enough to accommodate buses in the yard, cars can be parked in the basement. The security guard is also alert to help with parking and exiting. The reception staff is friendly and the check-in process is quite fast. The rooms are okay although not very spacious, and it seems like the deluxe type doesn't have a double bed or it happened to be full. There is a fairly large swimming pool too, so if you want to swim it is quite free.

After a two-day stay here, there were no complaints. Everything was perfect: the place was comfortable, and the room was clean. Our room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed even before check-out. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Best of luck to Horison Emerald Timoho.

My first time in Jogja, I chose the Horison hotel because it looked comfortable, clean, and nice. Everything was perfect. The room was fully equipped and everything worked. I asked for a simple anniversary greeting at no cost, and they made me a fruit plate with the word "anniv" written on it. Thank you, Horison, your staff are very friendly! Keep up the good work and service. Next time I'm in Jogja, I'll definitely come back here.

Comfortable place and good location.

I've been a repeat guest since 2021, when the property was still called @HOM Premiere Timoho by Horison. It's been a pleasure watching it evolve into what it is today, the Horison Emerald Timoho Yogyakarta. One of the reasons I keep returning is because of the comfort of the rooms and the consistent service. From my numerous stays, the atmosphere has always felt comfortable and met my expectations. This visit was equally enjoyable. The hotel team was friendly, and the service process was excellent. For me, this consistency is what makes Horison Emerald Timoho a top choice when visiting Yogyakarta. I hope the quality and excellent service can be maintained. The city area is very close to Gembira Loka Zoo. The hotel's surroundings are also convenient, with an Indomaret and Kopi Kenangan nearby. The rooms are cozy and cool, and the staff are all friendly. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at this hotel as a family. Everything was very enjoyable. We always book connecting rooms because we have four people. The food is also plentiful and delicious. Whenever we have the opportunity to visit Yogyakarta, we always prioritize this hotel for reservations.

The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the security guards were unavailable to assist guests entering and exiting the hotel or parking. There were two guards, both busy with their phones, and they offered no assistance whatsoever when crossing the street or parking.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The location is very strategic, being in the city center. Perhaps the bathroom facilities could be improved.
