The check-in process was very fast, and the front desk staff in charge were very friendly. We were from Surabaya, and it was our first staycation here. Overall, it was good, and the service was excellent! :) Room service was also very good, the price was quite affordable, and the flavors were delicious. The only downside was the soundproofing. We got a room on the 3rd floor, close to the staircase. The room next door was quite noisy, so we could hear it coming from inside.

Although the rooms are small, they're quite comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly, and the breakfast menu is limited but delicious. This comfortable, affordable hotel is highly recommended.

The room wasn't soundproof. When we entered, there was a puddle of water in the bathroom. But overall, it was fine. The receptionist and security guards were especially friendly and humble.

Cons: Limited parking, breakfast is always sold out, rice is undercooked, limited variety, takes a long time to refill when breakfast runs out, food tends to be salty, restaurant staff is limited and confused by guest needs, restaurant AC is hot because it's only turned on once, rooms are full of ants, no valet service because staff seems limited... Overall, in my opinion, management failed to capture customer needs.
