First, the price, as usual, they have a deposit but it wasn't mentioned here. Second, the additional tax price was also not mentioned. After all that, the Wi-Fi is bad and the signal there is bad too. The heater was okay but not so hot. We booked a family room and there's a single bathroom, they should have mentioned it. Overall, it was an okay experience. The counter person was nice, and the location is near to town.

The hotel pillows and blankets had an unpleasant odor, there were no windows, and the soundproofing was poor, so you could clearly hear noises. You had to go downstairs to get the hairdryer yourself, and then bring it back down after check-out.

new staff didn't know how to check the booking id when check in time and claim no booking reserved for me. after reassure her many times that i made a booking there then she allow us to check in. she could just see the IC and match the name from the booking list then proceed right away. management should train new staff better.
