Wrongly booked a hotel from Moc Chau to Son La city. Discovered the mistake 30 seconds after payment, requested to cancel the room immediately but the hotel did not allow cancellation, still collected 100% of the customer's money. The ethics of the staff at Muong Thanh Luxury Son La Hotel are really terrible!

Probably the most luxurious hotel in beautiful Son La. Unfortunately, the room smelt like cigarette smoke during the night.
