I loved my staycation. Wifi speed, nice view, comfy. But lack of toiletries. The balcony is not accessible, why? The door key is literally a key. For me it's 9/10.

It felt like home. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay for two nights, it would have been better though if we had access to the room's balcony. Also, they don't give out free toiletries, their wifi is so bad I wasn't able to connect at all and the check in process lasted for 20mins which is alright for me but unusually a long time compared to other hotels. We were in the 27th floor and the hallway smelled bad. Sheets and the towels smelled good though. The view from the room is 11/10. The house keepers are friendly and welcoming. They don't have a hotel restaurant because a small grocery store in the basement and a mini food court in the second floor are available within the building. The blinds weren't so helpful in blocking the sunlight, sort of challenging to sleep in daytime. The pool is only 4ft and is good for children. The aircon is a little bit noisy as well. Overall it was a good stay and I recommend staying here. Will surely book again.

The room is good & neat. No bidet in their toilet. Worst wifi. I haven’t connected to it at all.

The room is nice except for the window blinds especially in the morning. :)

I like the location of the hotel and the fact that there's a mall below it. Basically you have to go inside the mall to enter the hotel. Had to ask the guard where to pass the first time 😅 One big plus is having a lot of dining options at the mall. Once I got to my room, it was built to look like a condo so the spaces are very functional. I had my own kitchen space. They had wifi as well. Was planning on going to the pool since it looks amazing on the photos, but wasn't able to make it since I was hungover. But the amenities were open for use from 6am to 10pm which was a big window. I would go back here if I had the chance.

Spacious rooms, soft beds, amazing view. Pillows a bit soft. Toilet and bath is a little cramped.

If I'd becoming back to cebu soon, I am considering to stay at Eon Soho again. The place was awesome, the room was comfy with amazing city view. I loved their pool. I just hope they have bidet in the toilet and not just tissue. You are a Filipino of you know what I mean. 😊 Friendly staff!!

Room was very clean and simple. Has a nice view of Fuente Circle both at sunrise and the lights at night. Definitely recommended for short stays in the city!

We arrived at the hotel lobby 1hr prior our 2pm check-in, we wait there for an hr or two because they won't let us to check-in early. at exactly 2pm I ask the receptionist if we can now check-in and they said their room was not yet available so we wait again for an hour at the lobby together with the other angry local and foreign guest with the same hotel reception issue. (Late check-in and not allow for free late check-out!) they have 24hrs room service and very strict hotel policy. Staying there feels like staying at the airport.

The bedroom look exactly as what's posted on this app, unlike those that look pretty on pictures (because of too much editing or whatsoever) but then look way different in the real setting. The sheets are spotless and smell good. And the city view from the glass window that opens to the balcony is perfect! What I like about our room the most aside from the view, is the kitchenette! All heads up🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️👌👍

We super love this new hotel. Strategic location, I mean everything you need is just around the corner. The hotel itself is a shopping mall, so if you forget something that is urgent, then nothing to worry about. The room is so heaven! Super! We had the double room and it’s very beautiful at night. Totally different from any other hotels. Also, a picturesque infinity pool (4ft). Excellent Wi-Fi. They still have a lot of things to improve: Elevator has creepy sounds tsk, no toiletries literally, no fridge, and no complimentary items.

1. Bathroom - no shampoo or soap 2. Busted lights in the bathroom 3. front desk - forgot to return my ID after photocopying so I have to spend for grab delivery to get back my ID. EON doesn't care.
