The room was fine, clean, not bad at all. But the hotel service was terrible, unsafe, extremely unprofessional, and the handling of the situation was also poor. If the hotel repairs something, they should notify the guest 1 hour in advance, not just hand over the whole bunch of keys to the repairman and then 'the repairman at least knocked on the door before he opened it himself' and 'it's always been like that, we've never seen a guest lose anything'. The privacy during my stay was no joke. Let's not talk about the noise because at night it could be the building next door like the hotel said, but it was noisy all over the floor from early morning. Hopefully the hotel will learn from this for next time. Excuses don't solve the problem, so apologies should be sincere. Thank you hotel.
The room was fine, clean, and decent. However, the hotel's service was terrible — unsafe, extremely unprofessional, and poor at handling situations. If the hotel needs to carry out repairs, guests should be notified at least an hour in advance. It’s absolutely unacceptable to simply hand over a bunch of keys to a repairman and justify it by saying “at least he knocked before letting himself in” or “we’ve never had any theft reported before.” My privacy and safety during my stay is not something to take lightly.
Not to mention the noise — while the hotel mentioned it might be from the building next door at night, it was loud throughout the entire floor starting early in the morning. I sincerely hope the hotel learns from this experience. Excuses don't solve the issue, and if you apologize, it should be genuine. Thank you.
