Friendly staff, aesthetic rooms, there is a minimarket in front of the hotel, close to the mall, very complete and delicious breakfast.

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive when there is a problem with the room facilities (the TV channel had problems and the staff was quick to resolve it).

The hotel is strategically located in the city center, so it's close to attractions like the town square, the submarine museum, and the TP. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast menu is delicious and varied. Yesterday, I was in a smoking room, but when I asked to be moved to a non-smoking room on a high floor, they were well-accommodated. Thank you, Morazen, we appreciate it!

Hotel with classic, modern and luxurious look

Fun, strategic location.. I clicked the wrong way and got a smoking room, but I was able to immediately move to a non-smoking room without any additional charge. Got the 20th floor, but I don't know why there was a loud noise upstairs like someone scraping tables at 12-1 am.. Turns out there's a cafe/bar on the 21st floor, it seems.. Just thinking positively.. Overall a very pleasant experience🥰

Good business hotel close to the train station. Well-trained, friendly staff. Some interesting cafes around the corner, business center with mall not far as well. Good option for a short stay in Surabaya.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The pool has a roof, so you can swim even when it's raining. The Jacuzzi is also top-notch and comfortable. The food is also delicious. Highly recommended.
