Waiting in check in for a long time, receptionists are not always present. Everything else is ok

Comfortable place to stay, clean and easy to reach, not too many beds in one room, makes it more comfortable, a good bathroom, and easy to find a place to eat, but it's not providing 24 hour check in or check out, over all everything is good

At first, the hostel looked not so comfort, but my mind was totally changed! Even I should share my room with others, but the room was very cozy. I slept very well and nice, because there is a ac and fan. Additionally, this hostel were very easy to reach using public transport, also its surround by several transportation option if you want to go somewhere. For muslim travellers, there are several choice of halal food, one is near from the hostel, only about 3 minutes walk, and the two others can be reachead by 10 minutes walk, which the one restaurant open for 24 hrs. The owner and his mom were very nice and warm. You can mention your mind if you feel not comfort and they will carry out it. Note: the mammi, the owner's mam, the guy that will prepare your room is not able to speak english well, you have to be very patient to explain to her, but don't worry, she will call her daughter who can speak english very well. The owner, allan, is very amazing. He totally concern on his guest condition. Please share your problems to him, and feel free to ask. Sure, I will come back here again if I visit singapore. When come to check in at 11 pm, the owner still sleep (because she was staying there. But eventually she was very welcome). This hostel near to 24hrs grocery store and bus stop. So is easy to reach and buy your need when you are staying here. The bed is comfort, though in room very cold because of the air conditioner. The conclusion is this hostel is comfortable and in accordance with the budget

The rooms are quite clean, the service is very good, advice if you want to take a break alone you can stay at this hotel, okay.
