The overall stay was good as I was with friends, however, I think the property needs some renovation as some interiors and cabinets are broken, the bed mattress needs to be replaced and the outdoor unit for AirCon needs to be removed from the bathroom.

The 2nd floor is not recommended. the atmosphere is uncomfortable. Better order the ground floor one.

The place is very strategic right on the beach.

1 week before the D day is informed the date must be rescheduled because there must be repairs and after the new negotiations are replaced with another room. But the room we occupied was a lot of problems, namely: flush the problematic toilet, the room leaked due to seepage of water from the air conditioner and toilet, the sink was also leaking. We complained about the problem and requested a room change, but we were asked to increase the room transfer fee. In fact, if lodging facilities are not problematic, it is not possible for us to request a room change. So overall it's very disappointing.
