Although I stayed for two nights, I didn’t spend much time at the hotel as I arrived late from the airport and checked out early. Still, I had a great experience. After a long day, it was nice to come back to a comfortable bed and relax. The pho at breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The receptionist was enthusiastic, the breakfast was delicious. The room was very comfortable. There was a swimming pool so my kids really liked it. Came back for the second time. Will come back next time.

The second time comeback here after impressive frist time. Ingenerally, all facilities are very good and more modern than other competitor. However, I have a little problem with my room type as for official website the mention about bathtub but when I c. I they confirm to me that my room is free upgrad. I tottaly was disapointed as room is small and no bathtub when I ask receptionist, they told me should be requested before and now bathtub room was not avaiable. I thinks you should change the name of room type and don't treat your guest like that and without any apologize.

Nice choice for strolling around the Ho Chi Minh City. Friendly & helpful staffs, well kept rooms and nice breakfasts. Overall it's highly recommended.

Central location, few steps walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and Independence Palace. Rooms are clean, fragrant, very new and genuine. From the staff at the door, the front desk, especially the staff who keep the luggage / send the goods, are very enthusiastic and professional. Staff cleaning the dining room should be more delicate when cleaning metal utensils, avoiding making the loudest noise, especially when guests are still sitting, so it is very similar to chasing guests. Thank you hotel, maybe I will come back.

I had a great stay here. The staff and housekeepers were super sweet. I got an upgraded room which was a plus. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Loved the pool.

Phòng và dịch vụ tốt. Phòng hơi nhỏ và không có bồn tắm (điểm trừ). Khách sạn ở vị trí đẹp. Có cửa sổ view phố khá thích. Sẽ quay lại khi có thêm bồn tắm nhé.

I booked a room for 2 people and paid for it all with my name card, my friend checked in first, I just came the next morning for breakfast. The hotel told me to pay for my meal. I told me to check in for 2 people now, but the hotel also refused, even though it was only 7:00 am, it took 5 hours to check out. Breakfast cost is only 180K, but it makes me very uncomfortable

The property is sorry to hear that there are some problems with the surcharge for the breakfast service. Because Thanh Thuy confirmed only 1 person at check-in, the restaurant staff reported the additional fee of 180,000 VND. And when she checked the time she stayed at the hotel as well as the staff, the hotel did not see her have any other opinion and still paid normal. However, the hotel will take note of this issue to better train staff, helping customers feel more satisfied when staying at the hotel.
