good stay, nice job, 10/10, pool is great, cozy and clean

If the TV is good + there is Wi-Fi, it will definitely be more comfortable to stay here, that's enough 👌🏻

Comfortable but the cleanliness of the hallway is lacking

The main lights are not on. The toilet lights are dim. The pool is very dirty. The appearance of the apartment is not maintained as if it has been abandoned. The TV cannot be turned on. The lights on the terrace are dim. The lights in the apartment hallway are very dim. Hourly parking like in a mall 😒.

The rooms are clean, the location is ok, close to everywhere, cooking utensils are available, but unfortunately the blankets are thin.

If the blanket is for 2 people, please replace the thick one when you are given a thin blanket like a blanket at Rs😭

The AC wasn't working, it's very hot like you have a sauna inside your room. Tried to call the owner of the room, but he's not responding. 2 hours later he replied by asking me to check the outdoor AC. Short of story nothing changed the AC is still hot, and he can't even gave any solution. Finally I need to pay another room to stay and he don't even give me refund or any apologize. Will never go back again here. Worst stay experience I ever had. Bad room, bad management. Until I write down this comment he still don't reply my message.

Menjelang malam putuskan untuk check out. Ada sesuatu yang tidak bisa diliat oleh kasat mata. Dengan model bangunan seperti itu mendukung sekali adanya mereka. Pelayanan dan keamanan tidak ramah. Tidak bisa refund, sangat disayangkan.

Apartment serem dan horror.

The stay experience was very good, there was a stove, the water heater was on, the air conditioner was cold and gallons of water were provided. Pool view from the balcony is also ok. But the blanket is too small for two people and the bedlamp is too bright.

The employees are friendly, the location is in the alley, the rooms are not clean, the building is old, not well maintained, the walls have lots of stains, in some parts of the table, bathroom and cupboard, some are peeling off, the balcony and bathroom lights flicker so at night it looks terrible, especially in the room, there is only 1 light (on the stove) so there are no lights on the mattress, the sheets have holes in the sheets, the swimming pool has green water, and it is clear that there is a lot of dirt on the ceramics at the bottom of the pool.

Lokasi di tengah Kampung. Kamar lumayan luas ada mini kitchen, kulkas, galon air. Semuanya bintang ⭐ kecuali satpam. Satpamnya jutek banget kurang 5S. Selebihnya udah oke sih.

A lot needs to be renovated.

I like the location which is quite strategic. But it's a shame that the facilities in the room need to be repaired. I got bathroom lights and balcony lights that were almost out. And for the blanket, I think the bed cover is an ordinary blanket :) but for the service, it's pretty good. Hopefully it can be improved again for the facilities 🙏🏻.

Great comfortable, but the security guard is indifferent

The rooms are spacious, complete facilities. Only yesterday there were some facilities that were lacking, such as the wardrobe door was broken, couldn't close and only one door even though it should have been 2 doors, the room light was lacking because it was only in the kitchen section on the mattress, there were no lights, so there was no lighting, the balcony lights were flickering , the mattress springs have started to stick out and are hard so it's not comfortable for sleeping, the blanket is very thin and very small it can't be for the two of us. Overall the service and facilities are okay. For some of the problems above, hopefully they will be resolved quickly so that guests can be more comfortable staying.

Clean comfortable place, complete facilities, just can't check in early and the spring bed should have been replaced because it was hard until the spring felt so uncomfortable to sleep.

The price is cheap. I stayed on the weekend. Inside is very complete. There is a stove that can be turned on, simple cooking utensils, a pair of cutlery, a refrigerator, a dispenser with a full gallon of water, soap-shampoo-toothpaste-toothbrush-towels are also available, AC & TV are in good condition, and the bathroom is clean. For the mattress, maybe you can ask for an extra blanket because in my opinion the blanket is thin and not too wide for the two of you. For hot water, it can only take a moment. After that it wasn't so hot. The lift is wide so it's comfortable. There is a swimming pool on each side of the apartment. Overall, good and satisfied.

Very solid, recommended especially for those who have toddlers. Safe. There is a stove, a dispenser, a mini fridge for warm water that also works well. Next I will come back here again.
