The hotel is convenient for traveling. Nice view from the room, clean, and tidy. However, the hotel provided water 2 bottles only, needed to buy more from 7-11. Also, should have more trash bins in the room, not only in the bathroom.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the facilities are complete.

If you can't check in, you can still go in and make a reservation and pay.

I was impressed with everything. I went up to play in the water, enjoyed taking photos, and got a lot of beautiful photos. ❤️

The check-in staff gave me the wrong room card. I tapped the card and someone in the room came out and said to go downstairs and ask. This room is already occupied. Not only was I embarrassed, I was also scolded by someone in the room. My first impression was ruined. The problem was solved, but they only apologized. The matter of giving the correct room card is a very 1st priority, reflecting the image and security.

Good and standard. Overall, it's worth it. It's a good pass.

A verry good this hotel. Toi danh gia dich vu khach san rat tot. Nhan vien vo cung than thien. Tuy hotel co it nguoi biet noi tieng anh gioi, nen kho khan khi giao tiep voi khach. Trang thiet bi không phai qua moi va hien dai, nhung duoc gia ca hop ly, canh view dep, va nhan vien rat tot.

The staff tried to overprice the transit fee by adding the highway fee but in fact it didn't have. The cleanser stole my parents’ Lacoste shirt, it cannot be hidden because it was entwined with my bro shirt but only the former vanished. So disappointing. Tried to contact the staff via email and Facebook but no reply!
