The location is good, it's easy to go anywhere.

The hotel room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay.

The location is very strategic. I stayed here for 3 days because it is close to everywhere. But for 3 days, no staff cleaned our room. If there was room cleaning, I would give it 5 stars.

The hotel does not provide towels and the room has lots of graffiti on the walls and dirty floors.

I booked 4 nights and I already check out after 30 minutes, this is not clean at all, the rooms don't look like the picture, there is humidity everywhere, I do not advise you to book here.

My room is very dirty, the water in shower don't come out well so there is no way to take a bath. I can hear everybody walking, talking dan singing at night.

Overall, I like this hotel. The 24 hour front desk is very helpful and the staff are friendly. For me as a backpacker, the location of this hotel is very strategic and close to Pasar Seni lrt station and that makes it easier if we want to go to other places by public transport. The room is not so spacious but everything almost okay. The bed, small desk, cleanliness, safety, AC, hot water is good but I couldn't turn on my TV at that time. They also provide small amenities. I may go back to this hotel in the future.

Bad smell, urine, smelly mattress, dirty sheets, very small room.

Untuk lokasi strategis mau gokil, LRT, MRT lokasi sangat dekat. Untuk kasur kamar terlalu lembek, masa duduk di tepi langsung barang di samping pada jatuh. Udah tidak begitu layak lagi kasurnya, pernah 1x check-in langsung yang kamar untuk 1 orang. Itu kasur masih oke gak lembek kayak gitu. Yang beli dari agen online mendapatkan kasur yang kurang nyaman, gerak dikit kasurnya bunyi-bunyi.

Walls, sheets, blankets, bathrooms are all less clean.

Clean, good enough, but the TV have problem lol. Access is very near petaling street, masjid Jamek, Masjid India, Kasturi Walk, train station also. Many culinary 😂👏. I recommended to use Traveloka Experience for more explore. Traveloka great!

When checking in there was an error so the room that we were supposed to be in was already occupied by someone else and we got another room that was large but uncomfortable because it was small and a bit scary. When the second night you were exchanged and occupied the room that was supposed to be our room, and in my opinion and my friend is more comfortable room that we ordered than the replacement room. Disappointed by the negligence of the hotel. Thanks
