I was ordered a room with a window, they gave me a room with a window but. No view, only seeing a grey wall. I don't like this view. Also, the cook/chef staff is not friendly. All staff are friendly except her, she keeps warning my son to sit in his chair. Also, when you come half an hour before, the food would not be filled again. The food is not really special, the gym is not a proper gym (just OK) but for this price, it is quite unreasonable. I hope they keep upgrading the bad things. The room was being cleaned well, and I found an empty condom box under my bed.

My family and I stayed at Aiden for 1 day. The general feeling is that the hotel is clean, the staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The food is delicious, the service is attentive. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, sauna but it is a bit small. The road is convenient, next to the hotel is a Mega Market supermarket so it is easy to buy necessary items. There are many cafes and restaurants around so it is very bustling. Give 5 stars for the service attitude of the hotel staff!

The room is spacious, clean, and the staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. The downside is that the TV doesn't have an internet connection and the window faces the side so the room is a bit dark. If I go back, I will choose a room with a balcony for more light.

The room was very clean, did not smell much of the air conditioner. Nv, professional and friendly. The security guard is extremely psychological. 10/10. Next time I go to Saigon, I will continue to book a room.
