I'd booked and paid, but before checkout time, the room was already occupied by another customer. The reason was that it was past 12:00 AM, but there was no confirmation.

There were lots of cockroaches, and the room was uncomfortable to sleep in. The water smelled really bad.

The hotel staff is very friendly but the mattress and pillows are very hard and the towels are a bit rough. The room was slippery and the water wasn't hot and didn't get drinking water even though it was written on the facilities. The elevator also doesn't work so go up to the room on the 3rd floor manually.
