The place is quiet at night, there is no TV so it can be a place to chat until late at night without any disturbance, the location is close to people's houses so it's not too scary.

Very far from the town, pretty much in the middle of nowhere, although the views are pretty nice. For foods, you need to order from Plithik cafe which was a 300m walk, or you could ask the receptionist you checked in to (which is also a staff in the cafe) to deliver it. You can take a walk around the old Plithik cafe, although some areas are restricted. Breakfast was no longer offered anymore, that's a big minus as there's no food around in the morning.

Thank you for your comment. Piltik Homestay and Piltik Academy where the new coffee shop located is now only 12 minutes away from the Silangit Airport after the new ring road opened last December. Our guests usually 'Batak Diaspora' from all over Indonesia and world wide enjoyed their stay in our 'home away from home' homestay and a little walk in the morning by the paddy field to get their fresh breakfast package. Please try next time you are here. With only 60K you will have a glass of fresh juice, a plate of main course and a cup of fresh coffee or tea. Hope to see you again soon. Cheers

1. Unprofesional guest welcome: lack of coordination of guest administration and room management, no one standby to welcome the guest even though vouchers were sent a week before, the only contact person is the owner - who is not responsive, the staffs are not properly trained on hospitality 2. Bad quality of room condition: water supply was low and no hot water 3. Unfriendly elderly customer: long walk to have breakfast

1. Access between rooms and cafe is too far, must use a vehicle. A road needs to be made for hotel guests so that it is not complicated. 2. The bathroom water is sometimes strong and sometimes slow, room service informs that the pump is still new so its performance is not optimal.

exciting. the homestay area is clean, beautiful and has a rice field atmosphere. can feed their pet pigeons. it's just that the receptionist is far from the restaurant downstairs. have to walk a bit far. but its ok.

The rest were went well. Flexibility was acceptable. Price of additional breakfast was different than on traveloka platform stated (47,000 vs 50,000). Thank you for quick fast movement team on the floor.

The one who likes the cleanliness the most. The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean. So far so good. The breakfast menu is also delicious even though it's only 1 menu but complete with tea/coffee and juice. Good job Piltik.

Too many house rules, even we can't consume snacks/food inside the room while the hotel position is far from culinary areas. The breakfast was poor, fried rice only.

We treat our Traveloka guests the same as our other guests who made direct bookings and should pay much higher. Our breakfast package consists of a glass of fresh juice, a heavy meal and a cup of fresh coffee or tea. They are all FREE of charge or gratis. If you need to have more lavish breakfast, you could easily order and eat them in the coffee shop. Thank you.

We stayed in a family room for four adults people. The room was clean and fragrant. I like the mattress. It was firm and soft. So does the pillows, sheets, and blankets. They are soft and clean. The cakes are delicious. The coffee is number one. Perhaps Traveloka could give discounts also for the cakes and the coffee. They serve our breakfast with Nasi Goreng, soursop juice with mint, and coffee indeed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even though we stayed less than 10 hours yet my kids asked to come again and stay longer.
