I'm staying at room level 3, 1 queen bed and 1 single bed with a balcony. Nice place to stay but not convenient for elderly because no lift. Use the staircase. The room was not well cleaned. Maybe it's time to change the bed frame, the room is a bit smelly but the aircon is so cool. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Overall is good with a 4/5 rating.

Rooms are clean, clean toilets and spacious rooms. Only a jug heater and a lift ... the staff is a bit less friendly with the customer
