5 days stay. The wifi is terrible, the hotel has no hot kettle, no soundproofing, borrowing scissors and duct tape is impossible, the bathroom cannot be locked, looking for a non-smoking room, but every afternoon to night the smell of cigarettes is really strong, the staff is not responsive, slow to reply to WhatsApp, from the 4th floor to the 1st floor you have to climb stairs carrying 2 heavy items early in the morning.

The location of the hotel is in a narrow alley, upon arrival at the reception. without a smile, I was immediately asked for a cash deposit of 100,000 which at that time I had 50,000 in cash and rarely carried cash, I was shocked, the female receptionist in a headscarf said there was an ATM at Alfamart while pointing at the Alfa. Imagine you from afar making a fuss and being forced because of a deposit, getting a room on the 3rd floor, I swear this is my worst experience staying in a hotel. Please improve the ethics of how to serve guests well. if you can't, it's better to close the hotel or replace it with a non-hotel.
