Staff are friendly and care about guest needs.

I'm fine... I arrived very late, even in the morning, because I was from Pekanbaru and there was traffic. Then, suddenly, my order information didn't appear at the reception. The receptionist then found a solution, and finally, I was still able to check in... This is a very rare service in North Sumatra. Excellent service and solutions.

The best budget hotel in Pematang Siantar... The staff is friendly and very helpful, when I tried to ask for an upgrade to a family room, it was very easy, the room was clean, hot water was sufficient, it was just a shame, the hotel didn't provide food... If there was... Perfect.
