When I arrived at the hotel, the lights in my room were out, and after changing rooms three times, the lights were out. The next morning, the lights were out again, like a complete blackout. The staff said it was normal 🤣. Please, the hotel is always out of power, like a warehouse, with check-in in the basement.

I've been here for a week, and I'm happy with the service.

Bagus banget bener-bener bagus. Rooftop nya kalau siang hari view nya terlihat laut dan enak untuk nongkrong. Tapi agak capek kalau dapat kamar di lantai 3 (terhitung 4) dekat ke Pura Uluwatu juga dan di sebrangnya ada jual penyetan yang enak. Jalan dikit lagi ada Circle K. Kamar mandi bersih dan vibesnya seperti kamar jadul. Di reception juga ada market kecilnya. Parkir motor mobil luas. Sangat rekomen.

What I got doesn't match the picture. The sheets were left by someone before. When forced to ask for a replacement, just replace it. No drinking water, no soap or toiletries. The reason is that the travel location does not match the price given by the staff. The bathroom was dirty and wasn't cleaned and the water was blocked. The staff is friendly.

The place is nice according to the picture, but the hot water doesn't work 😅.

Pesanan kamar kita tidak sesuai dan kamar yang seharusnya kita tempati diberikan kepada orang lain serta kamar dibilang ada perbaikan padahal tidak ada perbaikan sama sekali setelah saya cek ke kamar.

The AC leaked, as a result the helmet got wet, the room was not clean so it was less comfortable, strategic location.

Bed sheets were not clean, the rooms are huge and not cozy at all. Pictures were super misleading.

The hotel is spooky. Much of the construction has not been completed.

Kelebihan:+ petugas cukup ramah, koper dibawakan sampai kamar.+ receptionist 24 jam.+ kamar sangat luas.+ air panas berfungsi dengan baik.+ tv berfungsi dengan baik.+ kasur besar dan cukup bersih.+ selimut tebal dan bersih.+ bantal empuk dan bersih.+ AC berfungsi dengan baik.+ terdapat sofa di dalam kamar.+ kamar mandi besar, shower berfungsi dengan baik.+ toilet bersih.+ kekurangan:- ada 2 kolam renang di roof top (lantai paling atas) tapi kolam renang tidak ada air nya, sangat disayangkan.- remote tv tidak berfungsi.- kran di wastafel agak rusak, namun air dapat keluar tidak ada masalah pada airnya.- dekat wastafel seperti ada bau pesing, awalnya cuma perasaan saja tapi sampai hari terakhir menginap bau nya tetap ada.- dekat wastafel tembok terdapat lumut dan ada bekas rembes air dipojokan dekat cermin.- pintu lemari tidak dapat menutup dengan baik.- salah satu lampu tidur colokan nya rusak, sehingga hanya dapat menyalakan 1 lampu tidur.

Dirty room, dirty bed sheet and bed cover, dirty toilet, no toilet paper, no water in swimming pool. It was not able to lock the door from inside. There was no receptionist there, I had to call her. The pictures on the app are not the same as in the reality. I'm really unsatisfied. I booked for 2 days and I left the room 30 mins after I arrived. The worst hotel I've ever booked in Bali.

The smelly towels haven't been replaced, the sheets are dirty like they haven't been replaced,
