The location is too far from 7/11 (1km away), too far from the MRT, and the hotel is deep within a residential area, so it's suitable for locals staying for an extended period. Tourists should look for other hotels in the city center. There are many hotels in the city center at this price point. I stayed for 4 nights, and by the second night, the air conditioner was leaking water.

This place is a complete disappointment. There was no drinking water, no refrigerator, and the towels were like some kind of random material. The entrance was narrow, the room was not soundproof at all – you could hear people walking around loudly. I strongly advise against staying here. There's also no parking. It was a huge mistake to come here.

In my opinion, this hotel is really great. The room is spacious and can accommodate 3–4 people comfortably. The service is very friendly, and the location is close to the city center. It’s situated in a residential area, so it’s easy to find food and drinks nearby. It’s also quite close to Big C, the MRT, Thailand Cultural Centre, etc. (around a 1 km walking distance). The price is reasonable, and the room facilities are excellent — there is a washing machine, water dispenser, refrigerator, and microwave available for shared use. Highly recommended for those who want to travel to Thailand with friends or family. NGL, I will definitely be back soon!

Smelly room. Staff ok, condition ok, price wise.

The room didn't quite match the pictures, and the towels weren't very good.

Very bad receptionist. Check-in time 14.50, claiming that if you arrive before the time, you will be fined 100 baht, even though the app says check-in after 14.00. We arrived after the time, but the staff said that we had to check-in at 15.00. Claiming that the app put the wrong time. The Agoda app says check-in at 15.00, but the Twelve app says check-in at 14.00. What time do customers have to use? Stayed on 15-16 Aug 2015, stayed in room 407. Please check your staff.

The road to the hotel is quite far from the main road, walking is quite far, walking all day and then getting off the train and walking 20 minutes to get to the hotel. Just arrived / just arrived. Soundproofing is not good. No slippers in the room. There are many street food stalls near the hotel, the food is quite delicious and cheap, but after 8pm they run out of food, it is difficult to find dinner. There is a 7-Eleven at the beginning of the street which is also convenient to buy, but it is still a long walk from the hotel to buy convenience items.

Parking is difficult compared to other places with similar prices. The receptionist is expected to be the owner and cannot provide much information. The bed is too hard.

The entrance is very deep and deserted. You can't drive in (back up a long way).

The room is spacious. The staff are nice. The around premise is like a housing, a little bit far from main road. The nearest 711 is 10 minutes by walk. But the stay was super nice. The room is clean and water heater is functioned. No smoking in the room but you are allowed at the balcony.

The air conditioner is broken, the room is smelly, the water flows slowly, the light is not bright.
