The hotel is also cute, but the front desk staff is a bit rigid. My family booked 2 days but just arrived at the hotel when I heard the news. My family is small and wish the receptionist to return it to my family one day because of the force majeure case but the staff refused and said that because I ordered through the app, everything else is fine.
