Seriously guys, I'm really picky about accommodation. But Asoka has a really comfortable place for a big family. The only downside is that the food is really limited in variety.

The room has no windows, it's quiet and far from everywhere, it's not comfortable.

The guests are a bit quiet even on a long weekend

The room is clean, but the breakfast is not very varied.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful upon check in, room cleanliness was excellent.

The resort is spacious and the facilities are quite complete, there is a swimming pool, restaurant (you can order food at the Anak Krakatau restaurant in front of the resort and then it will be delivered to your room), there is a soccer and basketball court. We stayed at the Superior Mawar villa. There are 2 rooms with bathrooms inside each. The room is clean and comfortable, the AC is cold, complete dining equipment, there is an electric stove, a 2-door refrigerator, a microwave, complete cutlery. It's a shame there is no dispenser. Breakfast has a menu of fried rice, fried noodles, chocolate and strawberry jam bread, fruits. It's quite OK to fill the gap. The staff are also very helpful, when the toilet was clogged, the staff immediately sent someone to fix it. This resort is indeed far from the beach for recreation. If you want to go to Tanjung Lesung beach, it takes about 20 minutes by car. But the experience of staying there is pleasant. Thank you Asoka Resort.

The room is ok, the location is ok, only the TV uses a smart TV, if you want to watch football you can't, you have to go to the restaurant located across from the hotel, and that too by request, overall it's fun to stay here.

For a resort, the food is just so-so, not much variety in fact, even the bread was already finished even though I ate at 8 am.

Initially I took a medium room, but it turned out there were no windows. So upgrade to a higher one. Seafront hotel but why all the walls. Strange but true. The taste of the food is just ordinary. Breakfast wasn't even taken because the place was across from the hotel.

Staying at this hotel was quite pleasant, the staff were friendly, very helpful, the rooms were clean, comfortable. Plus the location is also strategic, close to fun places to walk. The hotel FO staff is really good, really happy with their friendly attitude like friends, always ready to help at any time, just don't make it a hassle. 👍.

For the service, it's okay, it's good, the only minus is that the road to the hotel from the front gate is very dark at night, hopefully there will be lighting in the future 🙏🏻.

The villa is clean, spacious, and comfortable, the restaurant food is delicious, only for breakfast there is only 1 menu, overall it was a pleasure to stay at this villa.

Bersih 9/10, dapur & peralatannya 7/10, perlengkapan mandi 10/10, luas 10/10, receptionis 10/10, sarapan 7/10, kolam 7/10, parkiran luas 10/10, sejuk adem karena banyak pohon.

Menginap di sini pas malam tahun baru. Ada live music. Kamarnya sempit karena luas kamar tidur ama kamar mandi sama 😅 bersih dan lengkap juga ada perlengkapan mandi, ada katel buat masak air panas. Lumayan lengkap sik cuma pas kemaren ga dapet yang ada pemandangan jadi dinding-dinding aja.

AC nya panas, anak saya ga bisa tidur, saya juga ga nyaman, dari pas awal masuk kamar memang sudah berasa panas, kami tinggal pergi ke pantai, balik lagi ke kamar baru complain AC nya panas, hanya penanganannya kurang baik, sampai harus telpon berkali-kali dan ga ada kepastian, sampi harus marah-marah dan emosi, jadinya merusak suasana malam tahun baru keluarga saya, sangat kecewa, sebelum kamar diberikan ke cust seharusnya dicek dulu semuanya oleh pihak hotel, bukannya malah cust yang dibuat ga nyaman, malam tahun baru harusnya bisa istirahat malah jadi kelabu, sangat kecewa dan meninggalkan kesan yang tidak baik.

Easy check in, great swimming pool, excellent breakfast, vast room for 1 adult and 2 children;) and the staff really wants to help with the TV due to its internet trouble at first;) thanks Asoka team. Hopefully, we could stay here another holiday.

Villa Mawar sangat nyaman untuk menginap, kamar tidur luas, semua room bersih dan rapi, fasilitas dapur cukup lengkap, ada microwave, kompor listrik, panci dan alat-alat makan, AC berfungsi dengan baik/dingin. Pelayanan sangat bagus dan cepat, breakfast di hotel ini bukan buffet. Hanya pilih 1 mcm menu. Alangkah lebih baik kalau buffet karena tarif menginap cukup tinggi. Hotel tidak jauh dari pantai. Ada service club car. View di sekeliling hotel asri. Secara keseluruhan cukup memuaskan. Sangat nyaman buat healing.
