The place is affordable. The room is clean. Comfortable for transit if you want to take a short trip to Palembang. I booked a family room with 3 single beds. Suitable for 3 adults & 1 child. The condition of the room is as shown in the picture. Overall, it's great!

Advantages of the boarding house: I stayed in room 120. For the price of 200 thousand rupiahs on Traveloka, it was very good. The location is very strategic. Walk forward to the hallway a little to the right of the McDonald's. On the left there is an Alfamart. Crossing the street there is a PTC mall. There is also a pantry outside the room. The room lights are bright. The room floor is clean. The room AC is cold, the hot water in the bathroom is on properly. Disadvantages of the boarding house: the lower lobby where you check in is dark (maybe it's a savings). When you check in, you are given 2 towels. The towels smell good, but why aren't the towels set in the room? If you are alone with a child, it's hard to carry them around. The receptionist is grumpy. It seems like they are tired from their work. No matter how much we say hello, they don't even smile. Even asking for the wifi password makes you lazy. The door to room 120 also can't be locked from the inside, there is no latch either. The grouting on the walls and floors in the bathroom is black, dirty as if it has never been scrubbed. If the bed linen is still sleepable even though the linen is not very clean white & there are some stain spots.

The security guard was very helpful. The receptionist didn't tell me about the WiFi pw. When I asked for the wifi pw on WA, I was thrown around, it was really hard to just tell me the wofi pw.

It's like the Covid people can't take guests in, they only stay overnight but the staff seems to be chasing thieves whenever my friends are playing. Even if you don't enter the room, at least 2 people can stay in the apk. Up until there, people bringing friends were not allowed to enter at all. The staff is really bad.

Not bad for sleeping three because it is close to PTC. Although it turns out that around PTC there isn't much access to culinary delights apart from the mall.

Friendly and nice staff, clean rooms, clean mattresses and pillows, decent wifi, cold AC, hot water heater, and the best part is the very strategic location, across from PTC Mall and there are lots of delicious culinary delights around.
