The room is huge. I love the king bed and it's so comfy and more relaxed.

The front office staff by the name of Nora was so helpful. Kudos to her and maintain your good job. Will be back in the near future.

First of all, I've been a regular at Capri since its opening. The staff and service are friendly and great. Great job to the manager, Mr. Suhaimi, and the team during my stay for the service recovery due to unforeseen circumstances. I appreciate it very much. No doubt Capri will always be my choice of stay in JB. Keep it up.

Staff was quite nice and helpful. Reception was very difficult to call, however. The room was big, and the TV could connect via casting. The location is pretty convenient.

With friend at here stay 1 night. Good and clean, I will come back again.

A new hotel, clean, comfortable bed and great variety breakfast spread. Love the honey comb from Sabah, Malaysia mountain valley. Not link to any shopping mall but a 10 minutes walk to JB CIQ. Heavy construction of the upcoming Bukit Chagar train station which is very near the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and approachable.

The staff is very friendly, the room is large and has a kitchenette, the hotel smells good, the breakfast buffet doesn't have many choices, but it's still tasty. I was lucky to get a room with a view of Singapore. What I like the most is the late checkout until 3 o'clock, just add RM100. If it was another hotel, I would have been charged the full rate by mistake.

Super near to JB Checkpoint. 5 min walking distance. It's also near to shopping malls like Komtar JBCC & City Square Mall (5 min grab ride). Easy to find grab & taxi. Pool is also nice and quite big. Room was huge, comfortable bed, with mini kitchen. There's a microwave too, so you can heat your takeaway food. Super convenient!! Will surely recommend it to anyone visiting JB.

A good value-for-money hotel to stay in with good & friendly service staff. Also, would like to comment on the large & spacious room size than most other property within the same area. The Hotel has even shutter bus service to many major shopping malls in JB. 👍👍👍

location wise was near CIQ but it gets quite jammed up, doesnt seem very safe to walk as there are no walking paths overall it is clean and comfortable stay for a night

King size bed is huge! I could share it with 3 pax and still have a very comfortable sleep. Hotel staffs were helpful and hotel is clean

Great place to stay! the hotel room is spacious, clean and tidy. this hotel is walking distance from JB custom. just 10 mins walk to city square mall. I heard and saw the reviews that breakfast is pretty good. however, I didn't take breakfast in my booking. the staff were very polite and helpful. this is highly recommend to stay and we will stay again if we plan next trip to JB.

The location is centrally located. For malls and other places, it's more convenient to take a taxi or Grab.

There's a weighing scale in the huge bathroom. My wife and I weigh ourselves everyday! 😁

The reception, Dee Dee was very friendly. The hotel also offers shuttle service to jb sentral which is located just opposite City Square. The room was very spacious and we could also see the fireworks as we were there during the festive holiday.
