Hopefully the facilities and services can be improved even further.

Dirty pillowcases, dirty sheets, unexplained splashes on the walls, broken sink, no tissues.

The room I ordered did not match the picture. The TV in the room I ordered was broken and could not be turned on.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, it is close to PTC so when I have a PTC event, I can just walk there. Only the room is a bit damp, so far it's ok

Please improve the comfort... it's a shame because the location is strategic

Staff are friendly. I would like to recommend it to all other friends to consider this hotel.

Quiet location, cold AC, hot water on, cleanliness is quite good.

This isn't a hotel, it's more like a free boarding house... there's no comfort at all, plywood walls, a basic bathroom, a toilet, a broken sink, no towels or toiletries provided, basic blankets, minimal power outlets

The room area is damp because there is no air ventilation. The shower water does not flow normally making it difficult to take a shower, the room area is dirty, the toilet still has pee marks, the sheets and blankets are far from the standard of accommodation, for a room priced at 270k plus tax it shouldn't be this careless. At least it smells good and is clean. It's very far from the photos displayed on Traveloka.

For the location, it is indeed strategic (close to the event location) but for cleanliness and aroma and air circulation in the room is still lacking. The condition of the room is very different from the photos on Traveloka

According to the price, very impressive with its simplicity, success for the future ☺️🫶🏻

Not much to comment, only the location is OK

the bed sheet is dirty, my body is red and itchy, asking the receptionist to change the bed sheet and blanket but they can't. the bathroom is dirty, the door has holes.

The photos and the real thing are very different, the photo on Traveloka is the first photo you open it looks like...

There are wet spots on the sheets, I don't know what. The smell is really strange, my goodness. Access to the room is also narrow. For a hotel with a rate of around 180 thousand, I think this is really bad. Instead of staying there, it's better if you look for a hotel that's a little more expensive but clean and well-maintained, even though I've had one for around 80 thousand but the rooms are still okay.

The photo does not match the condition. The mattress is dirty, the bathroom water does not absorb and is dirty so lazy to take a shower. Not to be repeated.
