The hotel is not well maintained, cleanliness is far from standard.

No comment on the room, only the shower hose in the bathroom was leaking so the water supply wasn't optimal.

The hotel staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, the hotel was dirty and shabby, making it seem haunted. For those who are just looking for a cheap place to sleep, it's okay to come here, but if you're looking for an impression, it won't be memorable at all, and will leave you traumatized.

Not recommended to anyone, the room I got was not according to the picture, all hoaxes, lots of cigarette butts under the bed, towels were mediocre and not according to SOP, no soap, no drinking water, thin pillows like doormats, dirty and filthy, the scariest bedroom I have ever stayed in, very bad, 👎

The room was dirty, the bathroom looked like it had been used by someone else but hadn't been cleaned, there were lots of footprints and rubbish in the toilet, the room was musty, smelled of cigarettes, the condition of the room didn't match the one in the photo.

The reception staff was friendly. The room was large but not clean: the floor was dirty, there were several cigarette butts, the bathroom was dirty and disgusting, the sink was broken and the water wouldn't flow, the hot water from the shower didn't flow, and the cold water from the shower was a small flow because the shower head was broken, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and the wardrobe was broken and still in the room. Very disappointing.

In my opinion, it's okay for a budget hotel, no problems, the room is clean, the AC is cold. However... I felt like the room I got was more like a prison, haha, because there was no air ventilation, and it was completely isolated, and I think the shape of the hotel is also quite strange, that's why it's called a cozy residence.. but overall it's okay, it's just a matter of preference.

The staff was quite friendly, but the rooms, especially the bathrooms, were a bit unclean. Hopefully, this will be improved in the future.

I stayed here for two days yesterday and got a room that was quite spacious compared to other rooms. The bathroom lights were dim during my stay, but that was quickly corrected. I think the price is comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. I like that the hotel is always busy so it's not deserted, and the hotel area is close to local residents, and street food is very close. Actually, every time someone checks out, the floor is cleaned immediately, but perhaps the floor could be mopped and scrubbed to make it cleaner so it doesn't look shabby.

The room was nice, but the room smelled, and the bathroom smelled horrible, and the sheets and blankets smelled of saliva. I only stayed for a day and left at 8 in the morning because I was worried about the smell of the room.

Okay, improve the service. Please add at least one blanket and a foot cloth.
