I arrived around 8 p.m. The front desk was empty. I waited for about 30 minutes and no one showed up. I then tried calling the hotel several times before the receptionist finally showed up. When I wanted to order food, the restaurant wouldn't let me, saying it was closed and curtly saying it was only open from 7 to 10 a.m. The hotel room was extremely dirty: the mattress was sandy, the floor was sandy and looked like it had never been swept, the bathroom smelled, the water smelled of iron, and the hot shower wouldn't work. I'll definitely stay here once.

My stay at the Kyodai Hotel was quite pleasant, with good facilities and a neat and clean room. Unfortunately, I couldn't watch TV because all the channels were missing. Having a smart TV would have been great. Since there's a club next to the hotel, the noise from the club was a bit audible and disturbing. Hopefully, the Kyodai Hotel management can address this shortcoming.

Toilet water smelled so badly and was leaking. The air conditioning was not working during the daytime.

The hotel staff was friendly, there was a slight drawback: the water was a bit smelly, and the security guard at the inn was a bit indifferent and didn't help guests get out of crowded vehicles.

Overall, the experience of staying here was very satisfactory, but what was less pleasant was the location which was a bit inland and near the market, right next to a pub so from midnight until dawn the DJ's noise was very loud.

There was no TV broadcast, he said from the center, the shower water smelled of dirt, I ended up using mineral water to brush my teeth.

Hopefully, the food can be improved in terms of taste and variety. Overall, it's good. Thank you.

The floor squeaked. The receptionist was unfriendly. The bathroom water smelled.

The room is too small and not soundproof.

My experience staying here was very disappointing because: 1. The bed was dirty, with lots of hair and dirty sheets. 2. The water smelled strongly of rust and salt. 3. The bathroom was dirty and the shower jet was rusty. Maintenance should have been taken care of and replaced. 4. It was very noisy because it was next to the bar. 5. The noise was also clearly audible in neighboring rooms and outside. 6. The AC leaked. 7. The lights and water went out for two days in a row, with no preparation because the generator overheated. 8. There was no elevator to the upper floors; you had to lug your suitcases.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and has lots of photo spots.

I booked a few guest rooms yesterday, and I was really disappointed. The shower water smelled of dirt, and the toilet bowl was yellow. It wasn't like that before; I'd often stay there when I was out of town. Now it's really disappointing.

Love the bathtub, room is clean and very nice view for deluxe, spacious room which is a plus. But the hot water is not hot in the nighttime; it works very well in the afternoon. One thing we don’t like is the water; it is not clear and has a quite a smell, which my husband hates the most. Need to upgrade the faucets and the toilets.

The staff was friendly, the room and toilet were clean. However, the room wasn't soundproof, so you could hear sounds from other rooms. It was noisy, especially since there was a discotheque next door. 🤭

The room wasn't very clean (lots of gecko and ant droppings), and the floor was bumpy and untidy. The bathroom faucet smelled rusty, and the hot water didn't work very well.

Our family enjoyed our stay here because of the comfortable atmosphere in the room. However, we didn't know how long the club next door had been operating. The club's activities were quite disruptive to our sleep, as the noise was so loud that our room vibrated. Hopefully, the hotel management will ensure the comfort of our guests, as the club next door can be quite disruptive, especially with children in tow.

I stayed here with my toddler. I'm a regular at this hotel. Unfortunately, this time, our sleep was disturbed by the noise and vibrations from the club next door. Hopefully, management will resolve this issue soon.

The tap water smells... I want to take a clean shower but it smells of earth.
