Besides its location near the market, everything else is terrible. It doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel, considering the amenities provided. All the facilities are outdated and unusable. There's no bellboy. You have to carry your own luggage upstairs because there's no elevator. It's like a guesthouse.

The room was very clean. The hotel had a grand atmosphere and a very affordable price. I was very happy with the Kyodai Hotel.

I'm so sorry, if it weren't for the other hotel I was planning to stay in being full, I wouldn't have stayed here. The first time I stayed in a hotel, the sheets were a dull yellow, even with red stains and hair. 😭 I don't know if they were changed or not. The location and room design are quite good. And right next door is a club, and the noise echoes all the way to the room...

This was my first and last stay at this hotel. This was the first time in my life that the power went out twice. I complained to the receptionist, but they just grinned and didn't apologize. The room was full of insects and dust, as if it had never been cleaned. The water heater also didn't work properly.

The hotel concept is very good, but it just lacks maintenance, like a hotel that is decades old, the bathroom smells even when the door is opened, there is no hot water for bathing, the water also smells a bit.

The hotel staff was very friendly. I did complain that the club next door was undergoing renovations, making it very noisy. But the staff was very helpful and arranged for a room change that afternoon. I've stayed here several times. The air conditioning is cool, the rooms are comfortable, and I always sleep well. Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. I'll be back next month.

Everything was good, but I thought that because this is a Japanese-themed hotel, there would be Japanese food like ramen or sushi on the breakfast menu, but it turns out there wasn't any at all.

The hot water uses solar power, so if the weather is cloudy the hot water won't work, even though cold cloudy weather requires hot water.

The room and atmosphere are comfortable, but it's dirty and full of insects. There are lots of ants around the bed, and there are fleas on the bed, my feet have been bitten by small animals for more than a week and it still itches. Hopefully in the future they will pay more attention to cleanliness, because there are already lots of cracks, maybe the animals passed through there. The rest is good, the AC is cold, the room is comfortable, the staff are friendly

Some of the deluxe room facilities are not functioning.. the floor of the room, near the window, is often wet.. the blanket has stains and is not clean.. the TV broadcast is very unclear.. the toilet is also clogged so the water is difficult to drain.. the room window is dirty.. for the staff service it is ok and the location is also very good and strategic.. the room is quite spacious.. the wifi is very bad even though it is connected but cannot be used.. well that's the only drawback during the stay, less than satisfactory.. the breakfast is good..
