The rooms and service were good, the only thing lacking was that at breakfast, many of the items were finished/empty, so we only had what we had.

The facilities are not good, the service is not good, the water is dirty and smells like drilled water, the rooms are dirty and there are noisy people in the early morning.

Very, very bad. We took two rooms with breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7 AM to 11 AM, but by 9 AM it was already as shown in the attached photo. Even the white rice and fried rice were sold out and not refilled. The room was also very, very noisy because it was next to The Wins Club. The sound was so loud that it lasted until almost 5 AM.

Room 107 is not recommended for those who want a real rest. The music from the building next door penetrated the room until 4 a.m. I happened to have a baby with me. Sigh. Breakfast also seemed underprepared: glasses were empty, there was only one staff member, and there were two other breakfast restaurants in the hotel, but they were not well-prepared.

Comfortable and clean place, so much fun!!

The room wasn't soundproof, and it vibrated from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. because there was a nightclub party next door. I couldn't sleep!

Nice room, good facilities. The only downside is the cat doesn't provide a briefing in the parking area, it's not motorcycle-friendly, and the motorcycle seats are scratched up 🤣 even though there's security watching. + There's a pub next to it, so the music can be a bit loud at night and dawn.

Very bad experience, the check-in time which should be stated in the application is 14:00, but the receptionist postponed it to 14:20 with the excuse that the room was still being cleaned, and when I entered the room, the mattress was still in an unclean condition, the sheets were still stained, there were red stains under the pillow (I forgot to take a photo), many customers protested about the delay in check-in time, but the reception staff instead talked about the protesting customers (my husband heard them talking about the customers, when my husband left the room to get the items he left behind), the hotel regulations prohibit bringing pets, but there were pets inside the hotel

Check in was fast, got a standard room on the ground floor but the room key was still manual, the bathroom was a bit small, the room was quite clean, got green tea but the kettle was cracked and not well maintained, the location is close to culinary places and children's playgrounds

The hotel feels like a guesthouse, I kind of regret staying here 🥲 In terms of price, it doesn't really match my expectations (maybe my expectations are too high, haha), please don't be fooled by the photos. For prices up to 500k, it's better to look elsewhere. Oh yeah, if you want to bring your parents who are in their 40s or above, you have to think twice, because if you get a room on the 3rd floor, you have to "climb the stairs". The hotel is next to a club, so at night the music penetrates the room to the walls of your ears 🙃 (you will automatically wake up or even be unable to sleep). It was a fun stay here, with access to Pequena and the cafe right in front. The view from the cafe is gorgeous.

The room is clean and the service is also friendly and fast.
