we booked a pool view deluxe but they moved us to a tomb view room. we complained and receptionist didn't even say sorry, just put another key on table and told us to go to the room. there a big family there and they were noisy, kept going to our room and opening door without knocking. restaurant is extremely small, we waited for setting up a new table, and food didn't refill, nothing to eat so we left. staff need to be trained, very disappointed
