What a sweet memory of staying even only one night here, everything is so comfy, luxury in every way. Definitely should come back for more experience.

amazing place to stay - staff are lovely, room really comfortable. But i had to wait over 30 minutes for a cup of tea at breakfast - i asked three times so i don't know why it was so slow - but hard to enjoy breakfast without a hot drink, and without being told that there was a 30 minute wait. i had dinner at the top floor italian which was excellent but the pudding took over 40 minutes to come - i did chase it and was just standing up to walk out when it arrived, i didn;'t really want it by then anyway. they could have told me there was a 40 minute wait and sent it to my room. spoilt an otherwise excellent meal. there were two big birthday parties at the same time so i guess busy - however it was very dissapointing

Staying with family, 3 rooms for 6 people, 2 rooms for my children and mother with connecting doors between the rooms, my children were confused because it was so spacious and the access door to the large bathroom was connected to each other.

the bed sheet were ripped in the room that we stayed, the kid's play space on the 3rd floor is a plus, my kid had fun... the breakfast is semi buffet.

Recommended and will be back again in future. The staff responded very fast and helpful to set up surprise for greeting my daughter's bday.

Very like the room space, so big. I asked to clean the bed for better sleep, and they did. From security, receptionist, restaurant people, all very friendly. One the most memorable one is one of restaurant service saw my husband get morning flu for so long and ask for so many tissues. He suddenly offered the ginger tea with honey and lemon. After that, my husband's flu was gone totally. Thank you very much
