Absolutely beautiful! The staff are amazing everyone is helpful & friendly. The views from the 11th floor are fantastic, food taste is great from there. The afternoon tea service is delicious also. They also have an option for you to purchase items used in the hotel from the mini bar to the toilet 🙂. The location is perfect close to everything or a short taxi ride away.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff, 10 points hotel

The reception is about 6-7 steps above street level. The hotel is in a quieter part of town but close to some attractions. Giao, the Supervisor, gave us a warm, friendly reception and helped with advising on F&B outlets. Staff helped with taxi/Grab booking too. Room and beds are comfy and clean. Breakfast has a decent spread. Hope the hotel can install USB plugs next time. Will choose to stay here again in my next HCM visit.

(-) I was checked in about 1 hour later than the Check In time, the front desk told me that the cleaning room was not finished because the previous person checked out late. In addition, the soundproofing system of the room is not good. Everyone in the room can hear what they say outside and vice versa (+) Bell man is very enthusiastic and hard to talk to.

Beautiful hotel, enthusiastic attentive staff, diverse and delicious breakfast buffet. Will come back next time in Sai Gon.

The service is too poor, I have to ask for the car keys and my friend's car at the hotel and fly back to Da Nang first to catch the flight. Told the front desk that someone would come get the key and read my phone number as the pass.
