Second time staying here, the first time there was no problem, the second time there were many shortcomings, including the wifi kept going off so it was uncomfortable and the electricity on the first day was intermittent but it was helped by the staff who were on standby. However, for the wifi there was no change, it was still off. Hopefully in the future it will be improved for the wifi. Other than that, everything else is ok. Please pay attention to the front entrance because when you open the door, the sound is very loud. Thank you

The staff is very friendly, the key was collected through the security post but the security guard was nice and friendly, the room was clean, the hot water was not warm enough, the AC was cold, the cooking utensils were clean, only the kitchen spices were lacking and hopefully the parking was fixed, the cement was starting to crumble and the kitchen area was a bit dirty but we were very satisfied

for the room is comfortable because there are 2 ACs and enough beds for children. for the kitchen is okay even though it looks like a lot of furniture is broken. what needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the front yard because it is very neglected, the front door makes a loud noise when opened and in the living room can be given a fan because during the day it is hot. But overall it is enough to stay with children, quite spacious. sometime can come back here again. always success

Experience staying at this villa, the villa is nice, clean inside but unfortunately there are a lot of ants. Complete cooking utensils minus only tablespoons. Gas galin ready refrigerator magic com can be used. wifi is also smooth but when I want to go home it doesn't work I stayed with my husband and child for 2 days the environment outside the villa is a bit dirty with leaves, no one cleans it. the environment is comfortable, not noisy, at night there are people selling meatballs around. in the morning there are people selling breakfast and cakes. only this type of villa where we check in the key is left with the security guard so if there is help or what, we don't meet the villa guard directly. but it is comfortable enough to accompany our small family vacation while in Batu for 2 days, the price is 270 / night.

The bathroom floor drain takes a little longer to drain the puddles, the rest 👍.
