The worst hotel I've ever been to, smelly pillows and towels, sticky floor, air conditioner not cold, bathroom mat is an Indomie mat that doesn't absorb water so the floor is wet and even stickier. Staff service is not friendly to children, there are many antiques that they are afraid of being hit by children, my child was scolded by the floor cleaner who was mopping the lobby because he approached the antique car in the lobby because it was not allowed to be ridden, my child also didn't want to ride in a tall car like that, there was a sign that said not allowed to ride, I'm not good at reading! Even during breakfast, he was watched and waited for, it was very uncomfortable. Please, Mis Bakti, teach your cleaning staff and others how to serve hotel staff in general. Because the price of your hotel room is not cheap.

The hotel is right on the edge of the river, the view is nice, you can see a group of monkeys crossing the river. There is no wifi in the room, only in the restaurant area. When we arrived, the TV was said to be unusable because the TV network cable was damaged by a group of monkeys. The room felt stuffy, the bathroom was a bit smelly (we rented 3 rooms, all the same). The bathroom water was slow.

The staff are all nice, the facilities are good, there are lots of places to relax, it's worth the stay.

Hotel staff is not friendly. Long checkin. You have to check in at 2 o'clock even though the label says you can check in at 1 o'clock, but you have to wait until 2 o'clock, there is no tolerance. Ordered a room with 2 TVs, none of them turned on, 1 of them was broken. The room is small and damp, not as expected as a general hotel with that price but the room at the hotel next door is spacious. But for breakfast it's ok.

Comfortable hotels are basically the best 👍.

Dengan harga segitu sarapan dijatah (hanya diberikan 1 piring sarapan dan segelas minum/ pengennya ngopi tapi masa iya temennya nasi goreng wkwk jadinya hanya teh manis hangat dengan sepiring nasi goreng), saluran air dilakukan perbaikan terlebih dahulu sebelum digunakan, AC tidak dingin

The service was not satisfactory, the food was not delicious and not varied, just a little past the check out time was immediately fined.

The location is right on the edge of the river, feels cool.But if you want to calm down and relax, it is not comfortable because the music at night is very loud and until 24.00 WIB, as well as instrument music in the morning. Wifi facilities do not arrive in the room.

The hotel is pretty good, but the breakfast is not satisfying.

AC is not cold, the road is not pretty to the hotel.

Good view, food is not okay, there are animals in the food but there is no apology but instead it turns back on us, funny too, only this time like this.

nice Hotel with beautiful view so close to the river. very recommended for coming. so friendly staff with nice room facilities make you feel like in home. so I just can said awesome and thanks to The Heritage Resort & Restaurant. I'll be back on my next holiday

During our stay, clean water for our purpose did not live, the dirty water in the bathroom was dense. Thanks.
