The service was bad, at the first day we've come for check in, we wait for 20 minutes because there is no one in the hotel lobby, no one welcoming us or give an information, make us confused, that 's exactly very bad, and if we meet the employees around the hotel, they never greet us, and the day for check out they always inform us for check out, we know that! Just inform us once, then until she (the receptionist at that day) looks for us to the room, and knock at the door, even though it 's not 11 o'clock yet, like we want to be kicked out of that hotel, it makes us uncomfortable, even when we checking out they didn't say goodbye, thank us or ask how our experience was staying at the hotel. The room looked exactly on the picture, clean, and also comfort, but the room was too small and cramped for us, who were staying for 3 people, and also there is no hairdryer in our room. Around the hotel there is a lot of food, seven eleven, and bus stop, but we've to walk 700 meters from the hotel to nearest MRT station (Kallang station), for those of us who stayed 4 days and 3 nights it was quite tiring to walk that far to find the MRT station. The good thing is that the price of this hotel is cheap, but I will try to stay at another hotel if there is a hotel cheaper than this hotel, and of course nearest to the MRT station.
