The walls and windows are stained all over the room. The lights are broken. The hair dryer has no power. The bathroom is dirty. There are stains on the sink. The partition for the wet zone has accumulated stains from use. I have stayed here before and I am very disappointed this time. It is not worth the money spent.

Clean, excellent service, will definitely stay again next time.

Good location, easy to travel, the carpet in the hallway smells musty, the room is old, the paint is peeling, there is a lot of dust, the wifi is like there is none, the plugs in the room from 02.00-12.00 until check out cannot be used. Not recommended to stay, but the staff service is good.

Overall, it's good and worth the price. The room is clean. The floor may need to be renovated.

I would like to improve the refrigerator. It is too small to put anything in. There is almost no cooling. Everything is good, convenient, and very clean, except for the refrigerator.

The room is not suitable for those with small children. The large room window can be opened.. and at any time the child can jump out. There is absolutely no safety. I got the 6th floor, with the window that can be opened like that. And next to the window there is a mattress to sleep on. It is not suitable. The price of this hotel is not cheap. For me it is cramped.

Pretty great stay, room was nice, although the lights Abit low in Dim, overall is such a great experience. I do enjoy the bath suit that is provided.

The bathroom in the room is not very clean. Fortunately, it is located on the road, making it convenient for travel.

The room I stayed in had a refrigerator that was not working, but it did not affect my stay much. I would like the accommodation to check this for the benefit of other guests. 2nd floor, room 205.

The room does not have a foot towel or a trash can. Most importantly, when I turned on the hot water, the light in the bathroom kept blinking.

When checking out I was asked to wait 5 minutes (seemingly for inspection) from behind I was surprised to be asked by a hotel employee to return my trousers which were left in the cupboard. I would like to express my gratitude.

Stay as a triple for 3 people. Beautiful room, very cool air conditioning, clean rooms, convenient travel. Located near shops, Diana Department Store, not too far from the bus station.

The reception staff, morning, afternoon and night shifts, were polite, neat and smiling. The room was clean. The housekeeper cleaned the room very neatly. The location is not far from the shopping mall, restaurants and hospital. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Previously, the room was very clean. Now, everything is old. 1. The door doesn't close properly. 2. The sink is yellow and dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned. The toilet bowl isn't clean. 3. The blanket and towels are all black and dirty. 4. The room looks old and not as beautiful as in the pictures.
