I'm so sorry for the service at the reception, it was so lacking. There was no welcome, good afternoon, or anything I could help you with, I swear it was nonexistent. There was a lack of information given to guests, and AC number 5 kept turning on and off as if the electricity couldn't handle it.

The room is exactly like the photo, the staff is very friendly and helpful, close to the beach, good service. Next to karui will come again to lovina.

The cottages are comfortable, clean, unique & the view is good right to the beach😉👍👏
