Good points: Quite close to the old town Unsatisfactory points - No parking - Small room, very poor soundproofing. People walking in the hallway can clearly hear people talking and walking - Food: Bad, not attentive - Check out: 11:00 (Almost everywhere is 12:00, sometimes late check out) - Room amenities: drinking water + hair dryer (doesn't seem to work well)

My first night there was quite nice. Friendly staff and room was exceptional. The only ish I had on my second stay there was the restaurant staff who were extremely rude for a little misunderstanding about if my package came with breakfast (which it did) but the lady was so rude and dismissive even when proven wrong. Wouldn't be going back there after this which is a shame as the hotel and other staff were quite hospitable.

The owners are friendly, the breakfast is quite delicious with Quang noodles

Rooms are clean and the interior is very nice. The owner kept gently. Good breakfast and location are also very convenient on the street and other eating places.
