Everything was great, except there was no porter service.

Breakfast is small, but otherwise okay. Beautiful with lots of nature and trees.

It is a peaceful and clean place to stay. The staff is friendly and attentive to customers. When I checked out, I forgot my jacket in the room. The staff quickly returned it.

The staff are lovely, polite, good atmosphere, clean room, and the room smells great when you enter.

Disadvantages - Guests feel that the area is small to the common area. There is no fitness, playing field compared to The price is expensive. - Location far from the main road of Khao Yai. 20-30 kilometers away from eating places, but near the way back to Bangkok

Beautiful hotel and all good

Beautiful new hotel, the rooms are big and clean, and the staff are all really friendly. The pool was down for 2 days while we were there but good thing they fixed it in time for us to swim on our last day. The hotel is located further away from the attractions and would take us around 30 mins each day to get out for meals and sightseeing. But otherwise, a very enjoyable stay!
